Square to Launch Fansite for U.S.
Here on RPGhead.com I have made my qualms about the mistreatment of U.S. RPG gamers quite public. The Japanese gamers get everything when it comes to RPGs. They even get their own Square fansite where they can play games, connect with other Square fans, and get the opportunity to see some really neat stuff. It’s totally unfair… that is, until our site launches on Monday.
That’s right, Square-Enix has officially announced that come Monday the U.S. version of the Square fansite will be open for registration and all kinds of oggling (the innocent kind). Supposedly, the website will feature some of the following:
- Unique Square content for members
- Dev interviews
- Giveaways
- Exclusive trailers
- Flash games
The Japanese site is currently up and running so if any of you is curious as to what the website will look like that’s probably a good indication. As for our version, well hopefully we get to see it on Monday. I’ll definitely have an account so I should see you guys there!
Be sure to Pre-Register for the website HERE.
